How do I receive the leads? You’ll get instant alerts via text and email as soon as a lead comes in. Every lead includes full contact details and the answers to your qualification survey.
How is the ad spend used, and how much do I need? Ad spend goes directly to the ad platforms (Meta and/or Google). Facebook Ads require at least $1,500/month Google Ads require at least $3,000/month If you run both, the total minimum is $4,500/month. This is paid separately from our service fee and goes directly to the platforms.
Do you manage Facebook and Instagram ads? Yes. Facebook and Instagram are managed together through Meta, and your ads will run across both platforms by default.
How do we find people who want your service? We target high-intent homeowners in your area who are already interested in content related to your service. We use a combination of detailed targeting, behavioral signals, geographic filtering, and proven ad creative.
Can you target specific zip codes or cities? Yes. We can target by zip code, radius, county, or custom-drawn areas — whatever best fits your service zone. We can also excludes any areas you don't want your ads shown in. You’ll approve all geography before launch.
What do I have to do to get started? Just book a call and complete a 30-minute meeting with our onboarding specialist. After that, we handle everything — ads, funnel, tracking, and support.
How soon will my ads go live after onboarding? Your campaign will launch within 48-72 hours post onboarding call if it's Facebook and Instagram ads, and between 3-7 days for Google Ads.
Do I get exclusive leads? Yes. All leads are 100% exclusive to you — they’re never shared or sold.
How many leads should I expect per month? This depends on your market size, seasonality, which platform we are using and ad spend. Clients typically see anywhere from 10–30+ leads per month, depending on those factors.
Do I get to see the actual ads you’ll be running? Yes. You’ll be able to approve your ads, landing page, and targeting before launch. You’ll also see everything that goes live.
Can I use my own domain or funnel? We require use of our high-converting, tested funnel system. This ensures lead tracking, performance optimization, and consistent results. Our system is totally turnkey.
Do I need to hire anyone to follow up with the leads? No. We give you a simple script, proven best practices, and training videos. You or someone from your team just needs to follow up by phone, text, and/or email. It’s simple and repeatable.
What kind of return on investment can I expect? Most clients see 3–6X+ ROI depending on sales close rate, install margins, and ad budget. One closed job can often cover your entire month of ads + service fee.
How often do you update or change the ads? We monitor performance daily and make updates proactively. Ads are typically refreshed every 3 days, or sooner if performance drops.
Will I be locked into a contract? No. Our monthly plans are month-to-month with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy after the first month, you don’t pay. Our quarterly plans come with a discount but do not include a refund guarantee.
What if the ads don’t work or I’m not happy? If you’re on a monthly plan and not satisfied after your first 30 days, we’ll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How long will it take to see results? Many clients get leads within the first 24 hours of launch. Most start seeing booked estimates in the first 7–10 days.

Do you offer a discount if I run both ad platforms? Yes. When you bundle Facebook + Google Ads, your service fee drops to $1,500/month instead of $2,000. If you bundle Facebook + Google Ads on a quarterly basis, you pay $3,500 instead of $4,500.
Is this done-for-you or do I have to do everything? It’s completely done-for-you. We handle the setup, ads, funnel, tracking, optimization, and delivery. You just answer the leads and run estimates.
